  • Two 1h coaching sessions on zoom or in person for the month, to be set up during the free session.

  • Introduction to the primary food chart (foods off the plate).

  • Three suggestions, with each call/meeting, to realistically be able to commit and successfully stick to your goals that were stated on your Your Health History form.

  • Coaching to find how your mind, body and soul can benefit from the primary food chart.

  • Moving forward with Health History Goals.

  • Unlimited text and email support for the month.

  • One time help to clear out your pantry of foods that don’t serve your health goals.

  • Help with substitute recipes to reach your health goals.

  • Extra add on 45 min $50 service for local clients: one time shopping with you to find alternative foods, substitutes and healthy alternatives to reach your health goals, at your local grocery store.
